We started Grand Acres with more dreams than actual experience, but farm life is in our blood.
Colin was born on a dairy farm in Ohio, and Chloe's grandparents' farm still exists near Springfield, IL.
Between the two of us, we knew just enough to think we could do this. While it hasn't always been fun, we're so grateful for the lessons we've learned and the joys we've experienced along the way.
We can't wait to share a little farm life with you.
The Help
We couldn’t do this without our resident beekeeper and farm life mentor, Dan Grandlienard. Colin’s dad loved life on the farm in Ohio, and he has been a source of wisdom and, more importantly, free labor since the start of Grand Acres.
Everyone Else
Our entire family, circle of friends, and church community have all helped and supported us as we chased this dream, even when it seemed ridiculous. Our early customers have been instrumental in making the dream a reality and sharing the joy along the way.
